Test-Driving Wispr Flow

A quick note on trying Wispr Flow, a dictation app that keeps up with fast talking, and my one hesitation about the microphone.

Test-Driving Wispr Flow

I've been test-driving Wispr Flow lately, and it's pretty cool.

What stands out to me is how well it keeps up. I can talk at a high speed and it still picks up my words and gives me the output I need. That is not something I can say about most dictation tools I've tried.

I'll be honest, though. A quick "go use Wispr Flow" from me feels a little intrusive, because this is an app with a microphone listening to you. That gives me some pause. But when you have the app pulled up and you're ready to talk, it is quite handy.

So far my test drive has been pretty successful. It lets me get words out quickly and just have flow. Fitting, given the name.

If typing is the bottleneck between your head and the page, it might be worth a test drive of your own.
